Product Questions

Where is Magic Munch produced?

Magic Munch is proudly produced in the USA, with Colorado serving as our home base. Our fulfillment centers, where most of our supplements and health-driven products originate, are located in Denver, CO. The origin of each product is clearly listed under its description. In 2026, our psilocybin manufacturing facility will open in Denver, Colorado.

What is the shelf life?

The shelf life of our products varies depending on the specific item, but generally ranges from 3 months to 6 months. Store all products in a cool dark place (at 60-68°F/14°- 20°C). Current shelf life testing is being conducted in a lab to provide a certified product. We should have results by summer of 2026.

Where do you source your mushrooms?

Our magic mushrooms are grown in our licensed facility in Denver, Colorado, following all safety and mandatory regulations required by the State, and strictly distributed for medicinal purposes only. Our functional mushrooms/ingredients are grown in the U.S. and used in our supplements. The origin is clearly listed under their respective product descriptions. 

Does your coffee taste like dirt?

No! Our mushroom coffee doesn't taste like mushrooms nor dirt! Our founder is a chef and he prides in providing tasty products that are honest, functional, and traceable. Brew your coffee with your favorite method.

Do You Sell Psilocybin Products?

Due to federal legislation, we do not sell psilocybin products on our website for recreational purposes. However, in Colorado, yes we do offer a wholesale B2B strictly-licensed service to licensed Natural Medicine Facilitators and Healing Centers. Check out our 'Wholesale' page.

What Magic Munch products contain Psilocybin?

Currently, no products offered on the website contain psilocybin. We have done extensive research & development to be able to provide safe, precisely measured, and highly flavorful psilocybin chocolate products to you. Currently, our website does not offer said products due to Shopify policy and due to federal legislations. In 2026, Magic Munch plans to sell psilocybin products in Colorado for medical purposes, and we hope to expand to different states, as legislation allows. 

What about your Magic Munch coffee and supplements?

Our cognitive enhancing supplements all contain natural, functional herbs and brain supporting mushrooms that do not contain psilocybin. This also counts for our coffee. These are all safe for consumption by any individual. Please consult your doctor before adding to your daily wellness practices. All descriptions of product benefits are clearly listed under their respective product descriptions.

How often should I consume Magic Munch products?

For health supplement products, clear instructions regarding dosage and frequency are provided, typically suggesting as a daily dose. However, we always advise consulting with your doctor before incorporating any supplement into your daily routine. 

Are Magic Munch products gluten-free?

Yes, all of our products are 100% gluten-free.

What kind of chocolate do you use for Magic Munch bars/truffles?

We are super proud of the chocolate we have sourced for our bars and truffles. We proudly use a premium Venezuelan 72% dark chocolate, that is gluten free, and fully vegan (no traces of milk solids). We believe we have the best chocolate with the best taste in the market. Our chef founders have gone to great lengths to source and use this chocolate for our bars and truffles. In 2026, we plan on importing chocolate directly from Bolivia to make our products 100% Bolivian-cacao backed.

Shipping, Delivery Inquiries & Return Policy

Where do you ship?

We ship nationwide within the continental United States. Currently, we do not ship internationally outside of the U.S., as our system is not set up for fulfillment internationally yet. 

How do you ship your packages?

Our packages are shipped discreetly through our fulfillment centers in Denver, Colorado.

How do I change or cancel my order?

To change or cancel your order, simply log in to your account and cancel the order within 24 hours of placing it. All cancel orders are done via your account. For further assistance, please email us at hello@magiicmunch.com.

How can I pay?

We accept most forms of payment, including most major credit card companies, Shopify Shop payment options and Kalana (via Shopify). We do not accept cash or PayPal payments.

What is your return policy?

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, as stated above, you can change or cancel your order within the first 24 hours of placing your order. After the initial 24 hours, all sales are final. This is due to orders being processed in our fulfillment center. Once an order ships, we cannot accept it back due to the nature of our products (even if it still sealed). We apologize in advance for any inconvenience. What is your return process?

We do not have a return process after the products have been fulfilled (24 hours post purchase). However, here are the steps to cancel or change your order:

1. Go to magiicmunch.com
2. Log in to your account with the same email used to place your order, considering the 24 hour deadline we strictly uphold. 
   1. Shopify will help you log in, if your email is associated with a Shopify Shop account.
3. Check your order status under 'Orders'.
4. To cancel: Click the order number and click 'cancel order'.
5. To change: Click the order number and click 'adjust order', or if the option is not available, email us at hello@magiicmunch.com
   1. Include order number
   2. Include name and time order was placed + time of email and request change
   3. Reason for change
6. Send email/end session.
7. We will be in touch accepting or with a response to your order cancel or change within 24 hours

Do you offer a money-back guarantee?

Yes, we do for first time buyers. If you are unhappy with your product, we offer a 10 day money-back guarantee. After the 10 days, and due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.

Do you offer discounts on bulk purchases?

At this time, we do not offer discounts on bulk purchases.

Do you offer free shipping?

We offer free shipping on orders $100 or more for our chocolates and might offer some special promotions on free shipping for the supplements. Our average shipping cost is $10. Be sure to check our website or subscribe to our newsletter for updates on promotions and discounts.

Why does my order have a shipping fee?

Shipping fees are applied to cover the costs associated with packaging, handling, and shipping your order to ensure it arrives safely and securely.

Do you offer subscriptions for your coffee and supplements?

At this time, we do not offer subscriptions for any of our products. However, during 2026, we will introduce this option, and will introduce discounted benefits to subscriptions.

Legalities

All Magic Munch supplements are made from fully legal and non-psychedelic mushrooms; the mushrooms used in our supplements are functional, safe to consume daily, aimed to support memory and brain health.

To understand the legal status and complexities surrounding psilocybin, often called magic mushrooms, it's useful to compare it to the legalization journey of Cannabis. While approximately 20 states have legalized Cannabis, it remains a Schedule I substance at the federal level.

Psilocybin legislation's progress mirrors that of Cannabis but is a few years behind. Colorado, the pioneering state for Cannabis, was also the first to decriminalize psilocybin. This move has been followed by Washington DC, Oregon (where psilocybin is legal for medical use), Seattle, Detroit, Oakland, Santa Cruz, and several other cities.

Several states, including California, Washington, Arizona, and Massachusetts, are considering proposals for decriminalization and legalization, aiming for changes in the near future. Despite these advancements, psilocybin, like Cannabis, is still classified as a Schedule I substance federally.

Magic Munch operates in Colorado, where psilocybin is decriminalized and where it is legal to produce, distribute, and sell 'Natural Medicine' products strictly for medicinal purposes. Magic Munch emphasize that customers should be aware of and comply with their local and state laws, as all sales are ultimately the customer's responsibility. We do not promote, sell, encourage the use of psilocybin, but advocate for the use of it in a controlled environment with the proper guidance and support.
